This course is meant to prepare you for your birth and help you to feel ready for all scenarios.
There are many courses available to take. All birth courses have something to offer. When you are making the decision about which course is right for you consider who is giving you the information. My goal when developing the birth course was to design the material to address all possible questions that you might have. Women deserve to understand birth before they have their babies. Too many women are underprepared for their labor. This course is going to prepare and support you with both educational material and other people to share the experience with.
